Please contact info@favouredfinds.co.za immediately so that we can either replace the item, or arrange a refund. This must be done within 7 days of receipt of the items.

We do not offer returns on items purchased during a sale or purchased with a promotional code. This includes launch sales.

Yes, we offer 7 day returns on items. Please ensure you send the item back unworn, unwashed, including tags. It should be returned in the original condition received for a full refund or exchange. We do not refund pre-ordered items. Please read more about our returns policy.

Yes, all international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country.

All items in stock should be delivered to you between 2 to 4 business days. . During sale events or within 3 days of a new collection launch there may be delays on your order being shipped out.

  • Domestic Shipping: The delivery time is between 2-4 days business days within South Africa. Please note that your signature is required on delivery.
  • International shipping: The delivery time is between 3-6 business days by DHL. Shipping to certain countries may take longer.

Pre-ordered items can take up to 6 weeks to get to you, due to them being made according to each order. If you have a specific date you need your order by please enquire before purchasing to ensure on time delivery.

If the items you order are in stock, they will most likely be shipped the next business day.

Due to the nature of our shipping policy, any amendments including change of the shipping address, item style and/or size, removal or adding-on of items to your order, and cancellations need to be done within 24 hours of placing your order.

There is a standard flat rate fee of R 100 to anywhere in South Africa.

All local orders within South Africa are sent with a trackable service. The delivery time is between 1-3 business days. Your signature on delivery is required.

For International Shipping we use DHL. The delivery time is between 3-6 business days. Your signature on delivery is required.

Please note for international orders you may be charged additional customs and duties. To get an estimate of what these charges may be, please contact your local import and duties office.
