Returns are accepted on condition that the item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. Customers will be responsible for the costs of shipping any returns to us. The package must reach us safely in order for us to complete the refund.

Please note that all custom orders, including pre-orders, are non-refundable. When placing a custom order or special pre-order, you are letting us know to start with your order. This means that your order is placed in the queue and our specialised artisans will create your hand-crafted piece with the utmost care.
